All our hotels are in operation. Deep cleaning of all rooms and public spaces is done on a frequent basis and all housekeeping teams are trained and updated on the latest guidelines.
For our Food & Beverage outlets, different measures from food preparation to dining experience have been implemented to ensure food hygiene safety.
The hotel teams are trained to follow the official protocols instituted by medical and government authorities to limit the spread of the virus and are equipped to handle any emergencies regarding such cases.
We are monitoring the situation and will provide regular updates as and when they are available.
For all existing reservations and new reservations, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival, as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
